Error submitting a job

I've just installed arcserve 2000 workgroup edition on an NT4 SP5 PC.

When I submit a job I get the error AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE SUBMITTING THE JOB ARCSERVE JOB QUEUE ERROR (5).

Any ideas,

Give the permission for the arcserve account as per the URL given below and then run the job....

Thanks for the tip, but is still dosn't work

Share the arcserve folder as arcserve$ and give full control to administrator, backup operator & domain admin..


Then,

Delete the *.QSD folder under the arcserve folder and restart the arcserve job engine...

Log back to the machine and then resubmir the job...

Tried it, still getting the same error

log in to the machine with the arcserve system account and then give the same username in the arcserve server admin..
