Error starting database

We just restored are database and are now receiving the following errors trying to start it.

When I run oninit -v I see the following:

Initializing log/checkpoint information...FAILED
oninit: Fatal error in shared memory initialization


If I look in the log, I see these errors:

11:46:10 Segment locked: addr=0x30e000, size=131710976
11:46:16 Logical Log File not found.
11:46:16 Informix Dynamic Server Stopped.
11:46:16 mt_shm_remove: WARNING: may not have removed all/correct segments

Any thoughts?

close and restart

What do you mean 'close' and restart? I've shutdown the database a couple times using onmode -yuk and receive the same errors every time I try to restart. I've opened an incident with Informix to see if they have any thoughts. Thanks for the feedback.
