Hello,
When trying to set up new accounts in Outlook 2003, when I went to set up one end user's client (via Start->Control Panel->Mail->Email Accounts->Add a new email account->Microsoft Exchange Server) I typed in the server name, and the user's account name. When I clicked "Check name", it gave me the error, "The name could not be resolved. The name could not be matched to a name in the adddress list.
There is an article about it here
but those conditions are not met. So it is not a solution.
Apparently someone on this forum had the same problem.
He found a solution over here
but unfortunately MS has removed that article.
Does anyone of you experts have an idea?
Gary
