Error registering msdbrptr.dll

I have a programm in vb6 which I'd like to package and deploy but I somehow managed to loose msdbrptr.dll and cannot register it again. Its giving me an error message Load Library ("Msdbrptr.dll") failed. Get LastError returns 0x0000000b. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
