Error recieving external email

I installed Exchange 2000 SP3 on Windows 2000 SP4. I can recieve mail within but unable to recieve mail externally. I get the following message.

I can telnet into the box externaly.

Any help would be great.

If webdevland.com is your domain, you don't have a MX record! I did an NSLOOKUP on your domain, no MX record.

to further proffate's answer, call your isp and have them tie an MX record to your external IP address for your particular mail server (ie: mail.ourcompany.com) If you don't have an MX record you will not recieve email.

If you've already had it done, it can typically take 48 hours for an MX record to propogate thru all the DNS so be patient.
