Error reading database (Transformer)

Cube Log file writes:

I have not find any solid hint to determine the cause of the problem. I have verified the next things:
Backup software (Veritas) hasn´t blocked cube generation because no files related with cubes has been used for a backup archive at the same time.
Directories implicated in cubes are not checked by Mcafee Viruscan.
Free space in units related to cubes are enough to perform all operations needed in generation.
No iqd or model are corrupted, because after the fail, this morning, I have launched the cube without any problem.

Please, give me a hand.

Are you trying to build the cube when the database is backing up , and off line ??

No, I have already checked that and it is ok...
