Using Win2000, Quark 5.1 and currently hardwired to a Toshiba FC 15 color copier as printer. Before while the printer was networked to the copier, 3 newsletters were printed fine. Then the person who normally sets up and prints the newsletter just had time to set the document up before having surgery and one of the other office personnel was to print the newsletter. Quark tech support wasn't much help.
It all went down hill from there, it wouldn't print properly. No know hardware or software changes and the problem has persisted since then. The original template prepared by me worked, the current failing one has been modified several times, so not sure if this is the problem. The latest PS driver has been installed, no change. No service pack updates for Win2000(which they will do first thing Monday, I've been told there is a Post Script update included) Here is the error printing pages 1 (Newsletter header, text and image boxes with content and 2 (2 text boxes with content). We would appreciate any info you all can offer. Thanks Cyn
The image header from the newsletter looks like a wide skinny line, none of the other text and images print.
page 2 has this error printed on it, and nothing else:
ERROR: rangecheck
OFFENDING COMMAND: colorimage
