I don't usually do this so I think I must be missing something simple. Trying to create an agent to skillset schedule. changes made in assignments then moved on to the schedule, created a description , reset button, set time, set calender for start, set schedule (weekly), tried to build a reset in order to get time options in the start run finish run boxes (no go), saved assignment (update accepted), save schedule, and got the error above.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I was actually going to ask this exact question. Here is our situation: We are running CCMA 6.0 and recently updated from SU06 to SU07. On CCMA 6.0 SU06 we were fine. After updating to CCMA 6.0 SU07 we have this problem. I removed SU07 from our lab CCMA and issue is resolved. So in our case it is SU07 related and I have just requested our vendor look into whether there is a SU07 Designer Patch for this problem.

Not sure if you are in same boat, but thought I would share. If anyone knows of a DP for this please let me know as well.

Thanks!

picklemogg - go on up to SU08 plus all its little "children".

You might want to consider installing SU08 and all the related SUS's.

From CCMA 6.0 SUS0801 - one of the fixes:
Q02024284-03 "Error: Unable to save the agents Skillsets' , though the assignment happens.

Thank you hadn't thought to check my patches. I am already running SU0801 including the Q02024284-03, so I may have to refer this to the vendor or re-install the patches.

I hate updating to be honest- always have weird problems. I have been able to resolve our problem on SU07 by doing this:
Launch IIS Manager and expand Application Pools folder. Right click NT_webServicesPool and select Properties. Under the Identity tab, re-set the NT_WebServicesPool to run under IUSR_SWC user and enter IUSR_SWC Password instead of Predefined. Restart the IIS Service: Go start -> Run: type iisreset and click OK.

Note: If you do not know the password on your local IUSR_SWC user account you need to change the password on that first and then update in IIS. Keep in mind to enter user within IIS by machine name\account. In my case it was WIMADLABCCMA01\IUSR_SWC.

No probs so far. Good luck.

Sorry- and do this before resetting IIS:

Launch IIS Manager and expand Web Sites folder. Right click Default Web Site and select Properties. Under the Directory Security Tab, re-set the IUSR_SWC password through authentication and access control

I am going to try this after hours. Tremendously helpful if it works for me as well as it did for you.
