error "acces denied " durring creation of .pst

OK people,
This is my problem..... sorry for reposting it, but i need a solution and i can't find any.

Durring a creation of a .pst in outlook it gives on a curtain moment "acces denied".
When he gives this error it has created a small .pst file with +/- 80 mailings allready archived.
I need it to back-up the whole thing, but i can't seem to get it to work.
Help is needed

Running :
- exchange 5.5 on Win2k srv (server)
- oulook 2000 on win2k pro (user)

logged in as admin on the users PC and it gives me the same result.

What do you mean by Durring a creation of a .pst in outlook ?

Are you trying to export to a .pst, create a new .pst attached to an existing account, or add an existing .pst to an existing account?

I'm trying to create a new .pst from an excisting exchange account.

So the path...

TOOLS - SERVICES - ADD - PERSONAL FOLDERS generates this error? - that would be a server permissions problems.

But what you are saying about the archived mail and backup leads me to think this is not what you arte trying to do.

Exactly what are you trying to do and when does this error appear?

This error appears durring the creation of a .pst
The problems lies in the msg's itself.
When outlook is going to make the .pst file he stops at a curtain moment, this is caussed by a mail msg.
When it stops it gives me that i can't acces the mail msg.
So it is a problem with the rights, but i'm also doing this under admin and it still gives me the same.

Note : The proces of .pst creation is stopped, becausse i have no right to acces it. I'm logged in as admin of the domain. It is in a curtain msg of the mailbox that genrates the error.
When it stops the .pst i created and it still remains, but it has only been putting around 80 mail msg's in the back-up.
