Error pushing IOS to router

Can anyone tell me why this isnt working. Its taken directly off of the cisco page. Get the following error.

enterprises.9.2.10.12.146.170.71.103: Bad variable type ("=")

Is there enough memory in the router to support the new IOS?

Yes. This error is coming from the local net-snmp process.

The fix was

snmpset -v1 -c <community> <dest ip> .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.10.12.<source ip> s c1700-adventerprisek9-mz.12
