Error ORA-06521

Hello!!!
This error follows me. First when I try to execute a function of the dbms_random package and then when I try to call an external procedure,the same error always appear:

ORA-06521: PL/SQL: Error al crear la correspondencia de la función.

And I don´t have any idea about the problem or what it´s wrong?¿
Any suggestion?

I've installed the personal version of Oracle 8 on Windows NT.

There is Bug#520154 logged against Oracle 8.0 that causes your error number to appear. Make sure you are using Oracle 8.0.5 or higher.

If you have NT at home then I recommend using Oracle Enterprise Edition. It's a free download, so it does not cost any more than Personal Edition, but it gives you a lot more features to play with. The only reason I see to use Person is Enterprise Edition requires about 1.2 GB of disk space.

My version of Oracle is 8.03, I suppose that this can be the problem.
I'm going to install the Enterprise Edition in the server but first I decided to install the personal edition to make some local proofs.
Thanks a lot for your advice, I was going mad whith the error.
