Error opening tftp:// (time out)

Cisco 2600.
When i try to copy running-config remote one my tftp that show this error "error opening tftp:// (time out)."
any idea ?

i use pumkin(tftp) on my pc to copy remote the cfg.
how can i add a tftp server in my router config ?

make sure your tftp server is launched on your pc. Also can you ping the ip address of your tftp server from the router?

i can not ping tftp server from router .
tftp is working with other router.

Make sure your internal firewall on your pc is turned off if you are trying to ping from the router otherwise you have a routing issue between the router that you are trying to save the config on to your tftp server .

i think it is routing issue inside the router , because from the switch that is behind this router i can take running_config without problem with my tftp .
can u help what config line can i check onn my router ?

Post an exact topology and configs from both the switch and router. Is that all, just a router, switch and pc's?
