Error Opening "Out of Office Assistant."

I have user that is receiving the following error when trying to open their "Out of Office Assistant" to turn off their auto reply:

Error: The command in not avaiable. See the program documentation about how to use this extension.

I have never seen this before and am not sure what is causing it or how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
