I continue to get the following error:

Error Opening File
There are no fields in the file [location of Stored Procedure]

Any help would be appreciated.
 
I think its because the SP is not returning a single data set.

Before your drop table commands, add a query relating the two tables which should yield the record set you want.

Select * From SubsStaticReport and it worked.

You have brought back my sanity.
