A user (Fred) has the following error message appear when attempting to open an email in the contact history:
The email was added to the contacts history from a different user (Tom), however other users are able to successfully open the message.
The user in question (Fred) is able to open other emails from this contact it is just this one that is causing the problem.
Any suggestions?

Can't open file: \\Database Name-database files\Attachments\tmp9A. . . The file may not exist, you may not have persmission to open it, or it may be open in another program. Right-click the folder that contains the file, and then click Properties to check your permissions for the folder
