Error opening .dat files linked to mdb after SP3 installed

I've installed SP3 for Pervasive.SQL 2000 so that I can use ADO with VB6. The ADO connection was successful; linking .mkd files eg from the Demodata DB, to an Access mdb file via ODBC is OK; but and linking Btrieve .dat files to an mdb is ok until I try to open a table, Access says "The MS Jet database engine cannot find the input table .......".

I'm wondering if there is a discrepancy between the ODBC driver and the Btrieve .dat file version. Or maybe I need to update the Client 'Pervasive ODBC Client Interface' driver?

Correction: The error message appears when a table is selected for linking, or when I try to open a previously linked table.

Solved with the Release version of SP3
