Error on Symposium Express

Hi there, I'm still new to Symposium, I just wanted to understand what the error below means. I got this after I did a reboot on the Symposium Server. I did a reboot cause calls were not going into the right queues. After the reboot calls started going in but I got the error below:

"Failed to get master script,Invalid call state(reutrn code 1019
File/function./message.cpp/doscriptinst;line464)

What release of Symposium Express are you running?

They have a release 4.2 but they don't have the latest PePs.

It sounds like the Symposium is not coming into full service. Your calls may be going to default ACD. Did you do a Symposium services shutdown before the reboot? On your SysMon window, what services are not showing as UP (some will not be, some may not be that should be)?
