error on Onebox

need some help guys

have install a MD110 with Onebox for a new customer....the voicemail every so often(no exact minutes) shuts down and wont allow you to access it. when i look at my event viewer it has an error that states:

#50070
unable to connect to database STS_Config on onebox/sharepoint.

I have double checked that my SQL server is running and the path forit to search......HELP!!!!!

I end up restarting the pc to get voicemail to work again....any ideas would be greatly appreciated....i am new to installing the MD110 and Onebox platform so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this system in Columbus Ohio??

If it's not, then I'm working on another system with the *exact* same problem.

Onebox with analog/TCPIP integration, Dialogic 4port analog board, server running windows2003,server is partitioned for Onebox and DNA on the same box.

If this sytem is in Columbus Ohio, then nevermind, I've been working on the rest of the install since last week. ;-)
