Error on IM on One-x Portal 1

Greetings ip office friends.

Recently we installed a virtualized Apps server for an IPO 500 v2. both version is 9.1.5.0
All is well within one-X Portal until we try use instant messaging. Simply trying to start chatting, get this unexpected error on the application

The error appears in different browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox)
The error does not disappear when you update Java 8.91 (build 1.8.0_91-b14)
The error appears with different versions of Java. (7 and 8)
All tests are performed within local network

Someone who can give some clue?

Well, a One-X server with a error, that is exceptional! Or not?
Appearently the XMPP service does not work, is not configured or the used ports are blocked on the One-X server or on the virtualisation server.
Check them out.

Go to one-X Admin, check Health->IM/Presence server. Is it green (available)?
Can you login a user without having space OR IM with a user without having a space in name - this just for the purpose of testing.

Is this doesn't help, try changing the XMPP domain from one-X Admin.

The Java version on the client machine has nothing to do with one-X Portal web client. It doesn't use anything apart from browser (and may be media player to play voicemail messages in browser).
