I feel i'm now a regular here - blame my inexperience :-(

I have this error :

KSANI:DIR=53276,ADN=58998,KEY=23,CAT=62,ADC=1000000000010,CALALT=5;
NOT ACCEPTED
ADC
NOT IN RANGE

when trying to create an ADN with an ACD group . The message does not make sense, tried to the ADC as above but nothing showing, any ideas ?

Don't know your software level but at BC13 ADC is 14 digits not 13. If this is not the problem pls post CADAP; and EXCCP:CAT=62; (ADC digit 13 cannot be 1 if SERV is set for call waiting reception)

best parnum

Hi Parnum you are right ADC is 14 digits , added an extra 0, the "1" near the end is for MMB (multi member busy)

Now what i'm getting is :

ACGMI:GRP=68600,DIR=67092,CLT=10,PRI=GRP;
NOT ACCEPTED
GRP 68600
NOT ASSIGNED
/* FAIL 09:13:27 */
/* Error adding member to ACD group. */
/* Not accepted. */
/* Not assigned. */

Really frustrating , any ideas ?

have you done ACGRI to set the group up first?

best parnum

Yes i have , i thought it was something to do with the LIM or ACD licenses so i created a new one on a different LIM as follows

ACGRI:GRP=70056,SEL=10215,QUE=10150752525,SERV=00000,TRAF=15,LIM=9,ACTC=180;
EXECUTED

/* SUCCEED 10:39:11 */
/* INIT_IND_DIV 70056 10:39:11 [DNASERVER1] xyz */
CDINI:DIR=70056,DIV=54544;
EXECUTED

Created some ABB:- 1222 will act like my 'external line' linked to the 70056 ACD group

ADCOI:ABB=1222,TRA=70056,CLASS=0&1&2&3;
EXECUTED

/* SUCCEED 10:37:22 *

On trying to assign ACD group to an ADN i get :

KSANI:DIR=53246,ADN=69243,KEY=22,CAT=62,ADC=10000000000010,CALALT=5;
NOT ACCEPTED
ODN
ACD CATEGORY NOT ASSIGNED
/* FAIL 10:38:47 */
/* Error initiating ADN. */
/* Not accepted. */
/* Not assigned. */

Which ACD category is it talking about ???? - :-(

pls send EXCCS:CAT=62; and have you set EXCCS CATTYP for Auth Code?

best parnum

I got this on sending :

EXCCS:CAT=62;
NOT ACCEPTED
CATEGORY INFO
MISSING
/* FAIL 12:03:26 */
/* Error sending PBX command via TTY. */
/* Not accepted. */
/* Missing. */

I have set authentication as follows :

AUCOI:AUTH=53246,CILCOD=53246,CAT=0,CSP=0,CHECK=YES;
EXECUTED

/* SUCCEED 12:23:49 */

I do not know anything about EXCCS CATTYP , sorry - what does it do and how do u set it up ?

this message indicates that ADC D1 of the ODN is not set

The ADC of the ODN is set as 10000000000020 unless i have lost it :) - under Change Basic Data , under Options - Additional Category

EXCCP:CAT=62;
EXTENSION CATEGORY CODE

CAT TRAF SERV CDIV ROC
62 01020215 1203120000 000150000 000001

I have actually assigned one ACD group to an ADN but it does not show on this command:

KSDDP:DIR=53246;
KEY SYSTEM DIRECTORY DATA

DIR CUST EQU CAT ADN ODN CALALT TIMER

53246 22 022-2-70-04 62 1 0

END

I can see it on the function key as already assigned :)
It's just too bizarre !!!

like I said, you dont have ACD category on the ODN

do a KSCAC:DIR=53246,ADC=10000000000000 ;

before initiating the ADN

Was wondoring if there is a way to assign ADC on the ODN through the graphical interface (View/Update Extension) for instance and not via TTY :) Blame me for the inexperience.

I figured it out :- Under Options - Additional Catergory - mine has always been 10000000000020 and that caused problems , now i know better :) Thanks all for your valuable help..

same place as where you change the Additional category of the ADN's
