error no 4757 while implimenting csd08 in windows cluster server

hello

I am having mq series v5.3 installed on windows clustered server.

and have to apply patch csd08 i get error 4757, saying, files in use.

i tried all the options even by stoping ibm mq services and clster services. but of no help

why am i getting this error and whats the way out . pl help .

Try looking in task manager and kill any and all AMQ* processes. Sometimes just stopping the obvious one doesn't kill them all.
