Error! NAV 2002 Subscription data not available

Recently I upgraded to Win XP and when I tried to reinstall NAV 2002 it did not update the subscription info and on the console page it listed the subscription as not installed. I can run Live Update and everything seems to work fine for the moment. The only problem seems to be the annoying pop up error message whenever it scans. Any ideas???
