Just installed a new Seagate IDE TR40 Tape Drive.
The manual backups work fine, but each time I schedule a job for 11:55 PM I get this:

======================================================================
Job server: NTSERVER
Job name: Backup 0001
Job started: Wednesday, September 18, 2002 at 11:55:01 PM
Job type: Backup
Log file: BEX28.txt
======================================================================
Error - Mount failed.

User aborted a Physical Volume Library operation.

======================================================================
Job ended: Wednesday, September 18, 2002 at 11:55:16 PM
Job completion status: Aborted by ======================================================================

Any Ideas?

Check the job definition and make sure that you have the job running on the specific drive and not "drive pool 1". In addition, you might want to check the default settings for new jobs in Tools --> Options. There, you want to specify drive name as well and on a different tab, make sure that the setting for type of media is correct. Lastly, after you insert the tape every day, you might want to erase the tape, and be sure that it has been inventoried correctly.
