Error Messages on History file 1

I am getting err5306 0000401f 0000200c on the history and I cannot find what DN it is coming from. I have done the ERR and it tells me that a digit max has occurred but does not show the DN number. Does anyone know the hexa code to see what TN this would be?

if that's an 11, it's a big one, that is the tn conv that came up fromhis post, guess that's why they call that box a cow, "corruption on the wall"
