Error Message 1

Trying to open the same form for the second time and this is the message I get, you must note the following

1. This form is not open already
2. There is a subform attached to this form
3. This is only being used on a stand alone system

Now If I open it first time I have no probs if I try to close it and then reopen it this is the message I get:

the table 'Parts Order'is already open exclusively by an other user, or it already openthrough the user interface and can not be manipulated programmatically.

I need a Macro Command to lose focus on the form can anyone help me with this

Is 'Parts Order' the main form or the sub form?

How is the form being closed down the first time?

I have tried to recreate this situation but cannot do so. I use Docmd.Close to close the main form. Alex Middleton
