I can RDP into the server fine. However when attempting to use citrix or log on via a pub app I get the error above.

I think I have tried everything possible.
1) made the test user an admin
2) put in to remote desktop user group on the local machine and the domain
3) made sure the user access to the pub app.
4) went into terminal services config on the server and gave the test user full rights.

I have been searching the web for hours now. Has anyone seen this before?

This does not seem like a Windows issue. If you are an admin or a member of "remote desktop users" then you have rights. Have you tried just using RDP to get to this server?

I assume that works. If citrix is whats not working, then Citrix is the problem. I would post something in a forum for citrix or related issues.

Yes I can user RDP to the server just fine.

ok, then the issue is Citrix, not Windows. Thats what it seems like to me anyway. I think there's a citrix forum here, so you may want to try that.
