error message

As a user of Checkpoint , I am continuously getting booted from the internet on sites that I am approved on . The error message I get is FW-1 at tsihost access denied

My IT department is having trouble pinpointing the problem and this message is seen by most people within my organization quite frequently . I have been experiencing this problem since I joined this organization 3 months ago.
It is booting me minimum 15 times a day.

Does anyone have a clue or willing to take a guess at what this is?

this is a client authentication error, you need to check session timeouts on the client auth rules or you have authenticated wrongly to the FW, the FW may have been setup to force users to authenticate to certain sites, but not for others!!!!

yes but it allows you into the site, for example I am the Director of Human Resources for my company and I use Monster resume site for work. I will be working in it and then if I click to another random page within the site I get the error message. ??????????

when you click on the page, you are being redirected to another web page that has it's own IP, this IP sounds as if it's not in the allowed list.
