Error Message !?

Has anyone seen this?:
I haven't noticed any pattern, so I believe the error is random. The error message is:

The only information I have found so far is that the error can be generated by using the MS OLE ORACLE driver and trying to connect to Personal Oracle. I am using SQL Server with the SQLOLEDB driver. The application works fine 99% of the time with the exception of this error which kills the app. Anyone?

Re-install VB? It looks like you have a corrupted VB compiler.

This has happend on 2 separate boxes, one is a fresh install from a different install disk. SP5 on both.
