error message when trying to print from outloow

os:windows 2000
outlook 2000
when i try to print from outlook 2000 a particular message from a certain person i get an error message

"an error has occoured in the script on this page
line:239
char:2
error: permission deneied
url: res://c:\winnt\system32\shdoclc.dll\preview.dlg"

other messages from another persons no problem
I upgraded to outlook 2003 and steel the same problem
