We're getting this message - One or more printers could not be created due to a driver that has not been approved for use on this server.

This message pop-up yesterday in one of the users. Today some client printers don't get created when users sign-in.

What's caused this error?

Im pasting this from the Citrix Advanced concepts guide...

"During
login, the auto-created client printers are checked against a banned list of printers
that are restricted. This allows you to enforce banning print drivers which may
cause issues on the MetaFrame XP servers.
You can configure drivers which are either allowed or banned using the
Management Console for MetaFrame XP. To configure drivers, log into the
Management Console, expand the Printer Management plug-in, click Drivers and
then click the Compatibility icon on the tool bar. Alternatively, right-click the
Drivers options, and then select Compatibility. In the Driver Compatibility
window, the administrator can select one of two options: Allow only drivers in the
list or Allow all drivers except those in the list."

Alternately, I think there is an .INF file you can modify but im not sure which one (maybe WTSPRNT.INF).
