Having issues when trying to upload a zipped file with multiple audio files to the Media Server
It seems I worked through all the kinks for getting the directory information correct as I was getting error messages previously stating:
The zip archive should include the FULL path (including both namespace and any content group(s))
Then I got:
The name of the root folder in the zip archive should be the same as the namespace name
Fixed that and now I get:
Unable to upload the file
I'm using 7Zip and using the .zip extension for the file. I tried changing it to tar and it told me: Only a zip archive could be uploaded.
I even reduced the number of files to just 5 to see if it was a size issue, but still get the error that it's unable to upload the file.
