error message "552 Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage all

On a Exchange 2000 server:

When a couple of people try to send me email, they are coming back with this error message:
"552 Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocation (in reply to end of DATA command)"
I hardly have anything in my inbox. My limit on the exchange server is "default limit". Most email is coming through, it's just a couple of people saying they get this message when sending to me.

Check your firewall. I'm having the same issue from specific senders when they reply to emails coming from my users. I initially thought it was Exchange doing this but it appears to be the firewall.
