Error Message Help Requried

Got the following come up when i try to log in, never seen it before can any one help?

"The 3300 ICP administration tools are starting up. Please try again in a few minutes"

usually means the node is still booting up. I've also seen this message while the node is in the middle of an SDS data synch.

I still can't get on to it. But the ICP is working, prob have to reboot it

try telnet into the 3300. use the system logiin if you get prompted and type in LOGS READ MA ALL
If you are able this should give you the current alarms
