Error Message E3011 Failed to Open File 1

Almost every weekend when I run our Full Back Ups, at least one file gets this error (E3011 Failed to open file) and also the back up job hangs the server and will not allow me to delete the active job. I also noticed that usually the server has crashed as well. Any suggestions? Thanks!

What version of arcserve do you run and what options ?

We are using ArcServe for Netware Version 6.6 SP 2000.1
We run this on Netware 4.11 and the scheduler is installed on Windows 98. The adapter is an Adaptec AHA2940 and the tape drive is a DLT4000. Thanks!
