error message E0015 1

The back up failed.  Does anyone know what error E0015 means and how can it be fixed?

The Error E0015 reports Problems with the Tape Drive or the cartridge.<br>When an error E0015 occurs, the tapesvr doesn`t see the cartridge, but the problem can be the drive or the tape.
