what release?
3.0.2.5 is documented to have these tracebacks and 3.1.0.11 also has tracebacks but not as bad as 3.0.2.5

i am running version 3.0.2.8 was this version even officially release or was it beta. what is a traceback? thanks for your reply

tracebacks are not good, they are software bugs, I have upgraded some sites to 3.1.0.11 and has helped some tracebacks but there are some that don't show up as much in that load. I would upgrade site.
The site will reset each Sunday at 3:00AM if tracebacks are logged.

3.1.0.15 is what you should be running according to my conversations with Tech Support. You'll have to get it from the FTP site, so you will to call support to get the password.

It is up there but best to check with Mitel to make sure it is ok as it is not GA
