error load library

Am trying to print a GL trial balance report bt i get this error: Load library.
help , i dont know what to do

Accpc version and service packs?
Database version?

Is it a custom report? You need to copy the DLL to the customization folder.

I have the same issue. Accpac ver 5.3a, MS SQL 2005, Citrix environment. Kindly advise how to fix this issue please.

For version 5.3 on Citrix:
Move CRPE32.DLL from c:\windows\system32 to c:\windows\crystal (note that CRPE32.DLL should only be in the Crystal folder).
Add c:\windows\crystal to the PATH environment variable.
This is my preferred method.
Others would suggest copying c:\windows\crystal\*.* to c:\windows\system32 - I do not like this method since it creates duplicate DLLs and it also may create a problem when upgrading Accpac.

I did the steps in your preferred method and got a different error this time:
