Error Load Balance??

I checked my event viewer and it showed this error:

The Network Load Balancing service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

I did not enable network load balance so what can cause this error message to pop up. I checked all my services and could not find anything.

do u have 2 nics running on the server, if so disable second nic and see if it errors!!
