Error installing UserSuite 3.2.

Hi All,

I try to install the user suite 3.2 and I get a error that I first must deïnstall the user suite 3.1. I have uninstalled 3.1 true software and control panel. It gone there now but I can't still install the user suite 3.2.

I installed the user suite 3.1 again and remove it again so that the entry’s from the register could be correct deleted.

After this I run the setup from 3.2 without positive result.

I run regclean but this doesn't work either. So I removed manually the entry's phonemanager in the register without result. Still can't install the user suite.

Does anyone know the exact entry’s to delete from the register and are the file on the hard drive that I have to delete??

Have you tried a reboot after uninstall???
