Error Installing Forms 6 for Windows 98 1

When I try to install forms 6 I get the following error message :-

If you already have an Oracle installation on your PC, remove or rename the ORAINST directory and try again.

Please download Developer 6i for Windows 98

first : remove folder "\orawin95" from harddisk
second: remove entries from registry
local machin -> software -> oracle
third : set computer date to 31-dec-2001

fourth: try one by one product instead of all product installtion in a single select

If you are facing still this error then reinstall your windows and try again above steps
