Error installing Aloha 6.2 or 6.4

Happy labor day. I am installing Aloha on an XP computer and receiving the following error message after reboot:
The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. This occurs when trying to launch alohamgr, run dbconfig or when services are trying to start. Any ideas? Thanks in Advance.

you need to install the C++ Redistributable SP1.

go here.

download the VC++ Redistributable from the Microsoft web site at:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...f7-ec73-40ff-b072-9112bab119c2&displaylang=en

Select vcredist_x86.exe, about half way down the page.

That should take care of your problem.
