Error in Outlook2000

Hi everyone.

We have a error users are getting in Outlook 2000, when trying to move emails from one folder to another. The message is
"Error while aging folder "inbox" in store "Mailbox -Name User" Some of the items could not be moved. They were either already moved or deleted, or access is denied"

We are using Exchange 5.5 as our mail server.
Has anyone seen this type of behavior before??

(I have check TechNet, can't seem to locate any article on this)

I am getting the same error in Outlook 98 when trying to archive, with using Exchange Server 5.5 with SP 4

any help on this subject would be much appreciated...
