Backup Server session id is: 35. Use this value when executing the
'sp_volchanged' system stored procedure after fulfilling any volume change
request from the Backup Server.
Backup Server: 6.28.1.1: Dumpfile name 'master031810C646 ' section number 1
mounted on disk file '/database/phoenix0701/master.1.dat.06.30.14_05'
Msg 3120, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'K12socrates', Line 3:
The database you are attempting to LOAD was DUMPed under a different sort order
ID (101) or character set ID (190) than the ones running on this server (SortOrd
= 50, CharSet = 1). If the sort orders differ, at least one of them is
non-binary.

Dumps are compatible only for that platform and for exact same sort order. You cannot load from a backup taken in a different sort order.

Also, it seems that you are having problems with your server since you are loading master. Hence before you do anything, change the sort order of the server you are trying to load into using command sqlloc
