Error in deleting Cognos Upfront Cube

Hi,

I am getting the following error when I am trying to edit and delete a cognos upfront cube.

There was a syntax error in the XML response.
The Cognos product (Other) that created NewsItem (Ideal HD by Monthly Report) could not successfully perform the (Delete) operation. Please contact your administrator.

I followed the cognos support link and I did changes according to that.

but still, it is giving me the same error.

How can I resolve this?
