I am getting error in cisco 2620 router

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/cisconet.cfg (Timed out)
%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/nafay-confg (Timed out)

Can anyone tell me whats the actual command to get rid of the above error.
