Error in ACT! when go into groups 1

Very often when I go into groups I get "fatal error has occured in this operation". I have uninstalled ACT and reinstalled it and continue to get this error. Our data base is on a network and we have 7 users using this data. Out of the 7 users only the one computer is giving this error. Can anyone help me with this problem?
 
Have you looked at the KNowledgeBase? This is generally a good place to start. Without some more specific information on how your network is set up and operating system info, etc. it will be tough to diagnose.

Give me some specifics on set up and info and I'll take a whack at it. Are the users all local or are any synching? What version of ACT!, Windows, etc? How many groups and what's the size of the database. Is it backed up and regularly reindexed?

All of these will play into potential issues and answers...
