USER TRYS TO PRINT OUT AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPORT AND GETS THE FOLLOWING ERROR:

CRYSTAL ERROR: UNABLE TO OPEN THE SPECIFIED REPORT. OCCURRED ON LINE 70 IN PROGRAM SWCOCX..

USRE HAS CRYSTAL VERS. 8.5 INSTALLED ON DESKTOP

Did you ever find a solution for this? I am having the exact same problem with Mas90 right now and I am not getting much help from our Vendor on this issue. Thanks!

I looks to me that the workstation is having trouble finding the rpt file that it needs.

Thnks in advance to all users out there who continually answer all of our questions. Although I try to answer some questions, I usually am asking.
