Error I have never seen before

I am trying to copy a startup-config file from an ftp site to the running config. It says that it copies but immediately after i get the following error:


Error: Could not set value, code = -4

%PVC is already defined

Has anyone encountered this before.

What is the status of the config before your upload ?

Hi,

I have figured out a way around this issue. I first copied the config to the start_config then from there to the run_config. Not sure if this is a good way to do it but it seems to be working fine.

Sounds like you trying to configure a reserved PVC and the router complained.
