Error Exporting data 1

Morning Everyone,

New year, new problem! I have report that I can preview with no problems, I can even export as an CHR file but due to the groups that I have I need to export as a TXT file. The report is nothing fancy and I could not find a solution at Crystal site, can you help?

go to the crystal decisions website and download the latest database and export drivers update. The link to this is below:

Well I was hopping it was a file from Crystal, so I download the latest monthly patches but still did not work.

Then I started thinking of what patch I put when and got lost so decided to start from nothing. Uninstalled Crystal and guess what it now works!!!!

Do not know why? But now I do not care!
