error everytime I go to print

When I try and print in act utilizing a Word doc I get this error.

What versions of ACT! and Word are you using? Sounds like a driver issue I encountered several years ago in ACT! 3 or 4 and Word95.

It could be as simple as refreshing that driver; up to ACT! 4.x, you could reinstall wordprocessing support independent of the program.

The Word driver is notoriously touchy. Is it all from the same document template? The template itself may be corrupt. There is an invisible (normally) header at the top of each ACT! template, sometimes changing the date by hand can cause that header to get walked on, messing up the whole works.

I'd start with the template, try printing from a clean version of the letter or memo template (you did save virgin copies, right?) ;-{)>
